Matt Belisle struck out one and did not allow a base runner in one innning of work during the Cardinals' 2-0 loss to the Cubs on Wednesday afternoon.

Look, we know you don't own Matt Belisle in your fantasy league. His career numbers aren't great, but he has been pitching in Colorado, and his ERA was 1.15 points lower in away games last year. The Cardinals have a way of turning these types of guys into productive players. Belisle's next opportunity to pitch will be Friday in Cincinnati.
