Tyler Duffey earns a save

by Matthew Terelle | Twins Correspondent | Sat, Jun 19th 7:07am EDT

Minnesota Twins right-hander Tyler Duffey allowed one unearned run in his lone inning of work in a 7-5 win over the Rangers on Friday. Duffey struck out one.

Fantasy Impact:

Duffey earned the save for his efforts, his second of the season. The Twins used usual closers Taylor Rogers and Hansel Robles in the eighth and ninth innings, respectively, so don't read too much into Duffey being out there for the save chance. Overall, Duffey has a 0-2 record, 4.15 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and 24 strikeouts in 26 innings of work.
