Stefan Crichton surrenders a pair of runs without recording an out

by Jon Mathisen | Wed, Jun 23rd 1:53am EDT

RHP Stefan Crichton had a rough appearance on Tuesday when allowed two runs on two hits with a pair of walks without recording a single out as the D-Backs lost to the Brewers 5-0.

Fantasy Impact:

Crichton came in during the sixth inning, replacing Joe Mantiply, with two outs and one runner on base. Things did not go so well as he surrendered a walk, a single, a walk, and another single to plate two runs. He didn't record an out before being replaced by Ryan Buchter. The poor appearance raises his ERA to 6.04 with a 1.84 WHIP and 15:12 K/BB ratio over 22 1/3 innings. He's not worth a roster spot in any format at the moment.
