Jose Cisnero picks up a save

Detroit Tigers right-hander Jose Cisnero got the final out of a 6-5 win over the White Sox to earn the save on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
The Tigers bullpen gave up three runs in the ninth inning, forcing Detroit to turn to Cisnero to slam the door. He did exactly that, picking up his fourth save in five chances. He will continue to be in the mix for saves while Michael Fulmer is sidelined.
