The Diamondbacks are using their No. 6 overall selection on prep shortstop Jordan Lawlar.

Lawlar, a product of Jesuit Prep high school in Texas, is a five-tool prospect with a beautiful swing and knack for peppering the baseball into gaps throughout the entire field.
