T.J. Zeuch dealt to Cardinals

The Cardinals have acquired relief pitcher T.J. Zeuch from the Blue Jays in exchange for cash considerations. He's been optioned to Triple-A Memphis. (St. Louis Cardinals on Twitter)

Zeuch, who was designated for assignment last Tuesday, ranked as the 25th prospect in the Blue Jays' system, per MLB Pipeline. He posted a 1.59 ERA in 2020 but is 0-2 with a 6.60 ERA so far this season.
