Cleveland right-hander J.C. Mejia allowed four runs over 4 1/3 innings in a 6-4 loss to the White Sox on Friday. Mejia struck out two and walked four in the outing.

Mejia escaped with a no-decision. The rookie hurler now has a 1-6 record, 7.60 ERA, 1.49 WHIP, and 43 strikeouts over 45 innings of work this season. He will face Toronto next time he takes the mound.
