Rangers starter Jake Latz allowed three runs over 4.2 innings of work while making his MLB debut against the Indians on Wednesday evening. His final line included five hits, zero walks, four strikeouts, three homers, and the loss as Texas ultimately fell to Cleveland by a score of 7-2.

Latz had his contract selected on Wednesday. He owned a 4.69 ERA at Double-A and had allowed seven runs over nine innings at Triple-A.
