Oliver Perez has signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks. He was slated to pitch in the Mexican League this spring, but appears to have had a change of heart. (MLB Network)
Fantasy Impact:
Perez is entering his 20th Major League season. His days as a fantasy starting pitcher are long gone. However, he posted serviceable numbers out of the pen in Cleveland the last few years. So if holds are a category in your league, he could be worth a look.
