Twins reliever Tyler Duffey allowed two runs over one inning of work against the Royals on Tuesday. His final line included three hits, of which two were home runs. The right-hander was hit with both the loss and blown save as Minnesota fell to Kansas City by a score of 4-3.

Fantasy Impact:

Duffey is 0-2 with a 9.00 ERA, 2.00 WHIP, and .412 OBA through four innings this season. He has amassed two blown saves along the way. The 31-year-old isn't on the fantasy radar.
