Seattle Mariners OF Kyle Lewis is dealing with concussion symptoms after taking a pitch to the head in a game against the Astros on Saturday. He is with the team in Baltimore but is not on the field for pregame warmups. (Ryan Divish on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Based on current reports, it sounds like Lewis will miss his second straight game after being hit on Saturday. It is possible the Mariners place him on the concussion IL depending on the progression of his symptoms.
