Spencer Howard earned the win Thursday against the Angels, allowing three hits across five shutout innings to go along with five strikeouts.

Howard bounced back after a rough outing last time out against the Athletics. He worked around a trio of hits to keep the Angels off the board. Brock Burke, Matt Bush and Matt Moore followed to shutout the Angels.
