Cody Morris earns win Friday

Cody Morris allowed two runs (one earned) on four hits over five innings in a 6-3 win over the Rangers on Friday. Morris earned his first MLB win while striking out five and walking two.
Fantasy Impact:
Morris allowed two runs in the second inning but kept the Rangers off the board other than that. He picked up nine swinging strikes on 80 pitches in the start. The rookie now has a 1-2 record, 2.18 ERA, 1.45 WHIP, and 20 strikeouts over 20 2/3 innings of work. Morris will be back out there on Thursday against the Rays.
