Brady Singer fans eight Mariners in win Friday

Brady Singer pitched seven innings, allowing one run on five hits and two walks while striking out eight in Kansas City’s 5-1 win over the Mariners on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Singer won his third straight start and sixth straight decision, having not lost a start since August 3 against the White Sox. In fact, Singer has not lost a start at home since June 26 against the lowly A’s in a game he pitched 8 1/3 innings. Singer has become the ace of the Royals’ staff and should begin next year as their SP1. Singer improves to 10-4 with a 2.99 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, and 144 strikeouts in 147 2/3 innings across 26 appearances (23 starts) this season. Singer’s next start is scheduled for Friday against the Guardians.
