Spencer Steer avoids arbitration with Reds

Fantasy Impact:
Despite his struggles at times, Steer is likely slated to maintain his starting role at first base for the Reds. He is coming off a year where he slashed .238/.312/.411 at the plate. If his struggles continue, his role could lessen.
