O'Hoppe joined the Angels taxi squad on Tuesday, but with Magneuris Sierra DFA’d, a spot opened up for O'Hoppe. O'Hoppe slashed .283/.416/.544 with 26 home runs and seven stolen bases in 447 plate appearances in Double-A this season.
