Martin Perez took the loss Wednesday against the Mariners, allowing three runs on five hits across seven innings to go along with three strikeouts and three walks.

Fantasy Impact:

Perez opened the first inning allowing a walk, single, double and sacrifice fly for two early runs. He was eventually able to settle down, allowing just one more run across seven innings of work but earned the loss with George Kirby, Erik Swanson, Andres Munoz and Paul Sewald limiting the Rangers to one run on the night. Perez is scheduled to finish a career best season against the Yankees.
