Fantasy Impact:
Raley was dominant in 53.2 innings last season with the Rays, posting a 2.68 ERA with 61 strikeouts. Raley relies on a nasty slider and induces very weak contact. He did earn six saves last season but is unlikely to see save chances in New York.
