Jake Bauers signs minor-league deal with Yankees

Fantasy Impact:
Once a notable prospect. Bauers has struggled to put it together at the MLB level. In 328 games, he's hit just .213 with 27 home runs and 15 stolen bases alongside a .655 OPS. After debuting in 2018 with the Rays, Bauers did not appear in the big leagues at all in the 2020 and 2022 seasons, most recently spending last season with the Triple-A affiliates of the Reds and Yankees.
