Garrett Mitchell avoids arbitration with Brewers

Garrett Mitchell and the Milwaukee Brewers have avoided arbitration and the outfielder will make $950K in 2026. (Adam McCalvy on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Mitchell missed most of the 2025 season with a second shoulder surgery and played only .206 in 78 plate appearances. He does have a decent combination of pop and speed as evidenced by eight home runs and 11 stolen bases in just 69 games for the Brewers in 2024. Still just 27, Mitchell's durability, however, is a major concern as he has endured three straight injury-filled seasons. It's unclear if Mitchell will be available at the start of 2026.
