Charlie Culberson signs minor-league deal with Rays

The Tampa Bay Rays have signed utilityman Charlie Culberson to a minor-league deal with an invite to MLB spring training. (Marc Tompkin on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Culberson has played parts of 10 seasons in the big leagues and has specialized in hitting left-handed pitching. The 33-year-old owns a career .283 average and .740 OPS off lefties versus a .217 average and .626 OPS off righties. He's spent the last two seasons with Texas where he hit .252 with two homers, two steals, and a .640 OPS across 124 trips to the plate in 2022.
