Antone underwent Tommy John surgery in August of 2021 and spent the 2022 season rehabbing his elbow. However, he suffered a setback prior to spring training and isn't expected back anytime soon. The right-hander was a force in the Reds' bullpen, tossing a 2.05 ERA as a reliever in 32 relief appearances from 2020-2021. Now 29, Antone is likely to miss the majority of the 2023 season as his elbow woes continue.
