Harrison Bader (oblique) needs six weeks for return

New York Yankees outfielder Harrison Bader will need about six weeks to return to game action after suffering a high-grade left oblique strain. (MLB.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Bader injured his oblique on a March 8 swing and has performed rotational exercises in the early stages of his rehab. For what it's worth, Yankees skipper Aaron Boone said Bader is "doing better than we anticipated". It's a tough start for Bader who was set for everyday reps at center field in New York. He had a down 2022 season but has a solid combination of power and speed that would have made him a solid late-round look on draft day.
