by James McGowan | Rangers Correspondent | Tue, Jul 21st 10:08pm EDT
On Tuesday, the New York Mets beat the Washington Nationals 7-2. Mets all star Jacob deGrom was on the mound and received the win. deGrom went six innings, allowing two runs on three hits, walking none, and striking out eight batters.
Fantasy Impact:
deGrom looked solid in the all-star game, he had command of his pitch and was able to get three outs in under ten pitches. This season deGrom is 10-6, with a .218 ERA in 119 2/3 innings pitched, with 120 strikeouts. deGrom will bring top end pitching to any team that needs it. He is a solid pitcher and will look to keep that up in his next outing.
