Carlos Santana had a productive night at the plate, going 1-for-5 with a solo home run to help lead the Pittsburgh Pirates to an 11-6 victory over the Seattle Mariners on Friday.

The veteran first baseman now has three home runs on the season and 24 RBI through 47 games played, but his batting average remains low at .234. Despite the struggles, Santana has provided some pop in the middle of the Pirates' lineup and will look to continue his power surge moving forward.
