Grayson Rodriguez has been optioned to Triple-A Norfolk. Keegan Akin has been recalled. (Dan Connolly on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After a rough first 10 starts of his career, the Orioles will send their top pitching prospect down. He showed flashes of brilliance and held an 11.12 K/9 in his first 45.1 innings, but struggled with command and is currently sitting with a 7.35 ERA. He will look to work on things in the minors and likely be back up again with the Orioles at some point this season.
