The Mets have moved Francisco Alvarez up the lineup for Sunday’s matchup with the Rockies. He will bat second and start behind the plate. (Tim Healey )
Fantasy Impact:
The 21-year-old catcher has been hitting ninth for the majority of his starts so far this season. Alvarez has heated up as of late, hitting .440 with four home runs and 10 RBI over his last seven games. If Alvarez remains atop the Mets’ order, he will see likely see more meaningful at-bats moving forward.
