Tyler Burch signs minor-league deal with Mets

The Mets signed RHP Tyler Burch to a two-year minor league deal with an invitation to spring training.
Fantasy Impact:
Burch missed all of last season after undergoing elbow surgery. He will likely open next year in Double-A for the Mets.
