The Texas Rangers have added pitcher Ryan Tepera on a minor-league contract. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Tepera was cut loose from the Angels after tossing a 7.27 ERA in 10 outings this season. However, he posted a 3.61 ERA as recently as the 2022 season as the rival Rangers take a flier on a reliever sporting a 3.59 ERA across 371 big-league appearances.
