Teams who have spoken with the San Diego Padres lately believe Josh Hader will be traded prior to the Aug. 1 MLB trade deadline. (Bob Nightengale on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Padres are still 6.5 games back of the final Wild Card spot in the National League with three teams ahead of them, so it wouldn't be surprising to see them become deadline sellers. Hader, a free agent at season's end, owns a dynamite 0.95 ERA with 24 saves in 40 appearances this season. He would clearly land a substantial haul.
