Fantasy Impact:
Montes de Oca was one of six Mets to be outrighted but the club can still retain him if he isn't claimed by a rival team. The right-hander did not appear in the 2023 season due to an elbow injury and pitched just 3 1/3 innings in the big leagues in the 2022 campaign.
