Fantasy Impact:
Stroman would have made $21 million next season in the final year of his deal, but he will instead test free agency. He had a great start to the 2023 season but struggled with injuries in the back half of the year. The 32-year-old ended with a 3.95 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and a 7.8 K/9 in 136.2 innings.
