Cory Abbott signs with Seattle

Fantasy Impact:
Abbott joins Seattle on a minor league contract which includes an invitation to MLB camp. The 28-year-old righty posted a 6.64 ERA and 40-to-19 K/BB ratio across 39 1/3 innings on relief for the Nationals in 2023, but he has made 10 starts at the big-league level in his career as well. Abbott will compete for a spot on the Mariners pitching staff this spring.
