Daniel Palencia earns save Sunday

Daniel Palencia got the final nine outs of an 8-1 win over the Dodgers on Sunday to earn his first save of the season. Palencia allowed one run on one hit and two walks while striking out two.
Fantasy Impact:
Palencia came in to close out the blowout win over LA. The second-year reliever posted a 4.45 ERA over 28 1/3 innings of work in 2023 and should continue to eat innings in the Chicago bullpen moving forward, although his save chances are likely to be few and far between.
