Eldridge, now 20, climbed to Triple-A Sacramento in 2024 as a 19-year-old top prospect—close to the majors, but this early cut reflects a need for more seasoning. A 2025 big-league debut isn’t out of the question. Fantasy managers in dynasty leagues should keep him stashed; his upside’s real, though redraft players can wait it out.
