Austin Wynns added to Reds 40-man roster

Fantasy Impact:
Wynns will break camp as the Reds' backup catcher with Tyler Stephenson (oblique) beginning the season on the injured list. Jose Trevino is expected to handle the bulk of the starts behind the plate, leaving Wynns in a reserve role. The veteran backstop offers solid defensive skills but limited offensive upside and is likely to be designated for assignment once Stephenson is ready to return.
