Fantasy Impact:
The 22-year-old outfielder did not make the opening day roster following a disappointing 2024 season. General Manager Chris Young said Monday that "He's passed all the tests we've wanted to see. We're excited about where Evan is." While his .221 average and .749 OPS in Triple-A don't stand out, the Rangers are hoping Carter can provide a spark to their underperforming offense so far this season.
