Evan Phillips (forearm/elbow) shut down for two weeks

Fantasy Impact:

Phillips landed on the 15-day IL Wednesday with forearm discomfort and is now dealing with elbow inflammation. The Dodgers are expected to be without one of their top bullpen arms for an extended stretch. In his absence, look for Tanner Scott, Kirby Yates and Alex Vesia to handle the bulk of hold and save opportunities.
