The Marlins placed Xavier Edwards on the 10-day injured list.
Fantasy Impact:
Edwards is dealing with a left mid-back strain. It is unclear how long he will be sidelined, though imaging didn’t reveal any structural issue. Rookie Javier Sanoja should continue to see more of an opportunity at shortstop in his place.
