The Yankees activated Scott Effross from the 15-day injured list and optioned him to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. (New York Yankees on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Effross had been sidelined with a hamstring injury. He could be called up at some point later in the summer.
