Davis Martin works into eighth inning Monday

Davis Martin allowed two runs on four hits over 7 1/3 innings with three strikeouts and one walk in a loss on Monday against the Mariners.
Fantasy Impact:
Martin became the first starter to pitch into the eighth inning and record an out this season against Seattle. He was able to keep the Mariners lineup quiet for almost the whole night, but Luis Castillo did the same and some on the other end. He is scheduled to face the Rangers in his next start.
