Luis Garcia (elbow) targeting return in July or August

Astros GM Dana Brown told reporters that Luis Garcia is on target to return in “late July, early August” from Tommy John surgery. (Brian McTaggart on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Garcia has been able to throw bullpens, most recently throwing one last weekend. He is unlikely to be on the fantasy radar this season.
