The San Francisco Giants placed Patrick Bailey on the 10-day IL on Wednesday with a neck strain, retroactive to June 8. (Amy Gutierrez on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Bailey has been out of the lineup since June 8, battling a neck strain. In a corresponding move, the Giants selected Logan Porter's contract from Triple-A Sacramento. Porter is likely to see starts behind the plate, especially with Andrew Knizner going hitless in his four starts since being called up.
