Miguel Vargas hits career-high 10th home run

Miguel Vargas provided the only offense for the Chicago White Sox in Sunday's 2-1 loss to Texas, hitting a solo home run for the team's lone run. The sixth-inning blast off Jacob Webb marked his 10th homer of the season. Vargas finished the day 1-for-4.
