Ryan Jeffers exits Tuesday's game with hand injury

Ryan Jeffers was removed from Tuesday's game against the Cincinnati Reds with a right hand contusion. (Dan Hayes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jeffers was forced to exit Tuesday's game after taking a ball off his hand while catching in the bottom of the fourth inning. X-rays done on his hand returned negative, indicating no fracture. Christian Vazquez replaced him at catcher and will see the bulk of catching duties if Jeffers misses time.
