Jack Dreyer allows one run as opener Tuesday

Serving as the opener for the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday against the Padres, Jack Dreyer pitched two innings, allowing one run on two hits while striking out two. After permitting a run in the first inning, he tossed a clean second frame before Lou Trivino took over to start the third.
