Tanner Scott pitches perfect ninth for 14th save

Tanner Scott secured his 14th save of the season Tuesday against the Padres, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning to close out an 8-6 victory. The save came in his third consecutive day of work. It was also his fourth straight perfect inning for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Over his last four appearances, Scott has not allowed a baserunner while racking up six strikeouts, two saves, and two holds. Through 34.2 innings this season, the left-hander has a 3.63 ERA, 0.95 WHIP, 14 saves, seven holds, and an exceptional 40:4 K:BB ratio.
