Fantasy Impact:
Burns has allowed just three runs across 12 1/3 innings (two starts) with 14 strikeouts since being promoted to Triple-A. He has posted a 1.77 ERA across 13 starts in the minors overall in the Reds system. He should be rostered in all formats as he squares off against Aaron Judge and the Yankees lineup in his MLB debut.
