Sean Manaea has been shut down from throwing for 48-72 hours due to discomfort stemming from a loose body in his left elbow. (Anthony DiComo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Manaea had been nearing his return to the Mets starting rotation. There should be an update on his status by the end of the week.
