Joey Cantillo called up by Guardians

Fantasy Impact:
Cantillo will join the Guardians rotation with Luis Ortiz placed on non-disciplinary leave. He opened the season in the bullpen, but was stretched out as a starter in Triple-A. He won't be on the fantasy radar initially.
